Great team at Sytner BMW Coventry especially Jack, Alex & Jake. The BMW policy of only 1 key and a digital card set-up is rubbish/ludicrous and needs changing to 2 as standard ASAP. The team though are sorting it for us, so Bravo Zulu (BZ) to them.

When I got the car back the seat had been moved and not put back. Now that is easily sorted but the steering wheel had been moved as well. So much so I could only see half of the speedometer and I could not adjust it !!!!!!!!

Went to main dealer for MAJOR service (not cheap) so I would have the service stamp on the onboard computer only to find they couldn't add it on , also the day of my visit they couldn't do a valet (I did get a card for a free valet at a later date)

Very dissatisfied. I brought my car for service so the engine light could be fixed before the MOT. Despite this, the MOT was done and the car failed. I refused the £198 diagnostic fee & took my car elsewhere. I was later told I must pay again retest.
