The staff on reception through to the servicing/spares are superb. However, I have one major gripe and that's trying to speak to someone. Press this button, press that button and then end up having to leave a message! .. Infuriating!

I thought the 10 point visual check was silly the tyres are like new and the discs and pads replaced 6 months ago. The rubber buffers had perished, why quite slightly different pieces to replace each one, can they be replaced on the ramp ?
