Sometimes a delay in responding to emails but the overall process was good, Jacob and Jordan were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I asked about having a full tank of fuel upon collection but this wasn't provided which would of enhanced my order.

Milo McMahon-Marsden also was making me comfortable in taking lead in these things so I don't had to stress or worry. I felt safe with someone around me who had my best intrests at heart. He sorted out my old car exchange and new car insurance.

The usual frustrating wait at drop-off. 30 minutes wait, just to sign a form that could be completed at reception. There always appears to be plenty of staff, sat looking at their computers, while customers wait.

As mentioned, the service is good and friendly. However, if I'm being super picky, then the valet was great on the outside, but the inside was hardly touched, and the covers and everything were still on the seat when I went to pick it up. But minor.

Now my car is no longer serviced via arval and is now out of warranty, I have experienced a drop in the level of customer service I have received at Coventry. Before your staff would be over backwards to be helpful, however now thats not the case.

Upon collecting my new vehicle we arrived at time arranged but it wasn't ready for collection then a fault was found in the software. Our car was returned for updated software but was In repair shop 5 days

It was awful. Terrible communication every time you needed update of vehicle. Failed promises to return call. On one occasion, false claim that I had been contacted. Completely insensitive to my plight of being without car for 2 weeks.
