It is all detailed above. I was warned against going to a dealer as it would be a rip off but I trusted BMW and feel I was let down at every turn. I was given no explanation as to why the costs wouldn't be covered, or why it took so long.

The 90min express appointment took a lot longer but I'm not massively concerned by that as I'm glad it wasn't rushed Nicole Cashmore was brilliant. She was rushed off her feet with lots of customers all at once but was highly professional.

In past I have dealt twice with Nicole Cashmore - a service advisor she was brilliant. Last couple of times have dealt with Aurang Zeib at Coventry branch. Not so keen on him- bit off putting person. Don't even give you a chance to speak !

In my 20 years experience of using Sytner I felt pressured in the up sale of tyres. On this occasion I felt I was not kept informed on how long the repairs were going to take, not giving me time to plan what work without my car.

Well my car told me I needed the service and then when I arrived I was told I didn't. So it didn't take place and the service reminder in x miles is still showing. On a positive my car was washed and a cursory health check visually was completed.

In the past I had some issues and I didnt feel it was made an improvement. It would be the minimum to check vehicle had a recall, I had to find out by accident from MOT website. BMW let me drive a car where an important safety features might not work
