Paid for a full wheel alignment, charged the full amount. Claimed my front track rods were seized after looking at it for 2 minutes on the ramp. Didnt bother to do the rears. The car was in the air for no more than 3minutes.

I haven't been provided with the tracking report that shows the tracking values per axle before and after the ajustement. I was told that it will be emailed to be but after numerous calles, emails , a month later i still did not get it. Dissapointing

I am half way on this. The service advisor did not attend to see me. When she did it was 11am to tell me my brake fluid needs changing however was it changed as receipt does not state this and computer states it is due next year may.

Was told that the job would take three hours so I waited. I waited three hours before being told that they had the wrong part and it would take a further three hours for the part to be delivered. I had to cancel an important business meeting

I pre-booked a full inspection and MOT. Drove 125 miles to Coventry. Only to be told the MOT was not possible as the rolling road was out of order. It was the last day for my MOT. I then had to take emergency annual leave to sort out my MOT.

Your initial statement indicating circa £350, which ended up at nearly £500. No perceived extras added. Comment about a nail/screw in tyre. Advised to go elsewhere to sort. Transpired the object was just logged and judged needed picking out.
