I was kept informed of the progress including a video from the engineer and the price was quite reasonable
Found yourselves really well organised. Very helpful staff who even arranged for my pick-up. I was kept up-to-date on progress and my car was handed back well before the time normally any other service provider will take. Great service, keep it up !

Took 2 visits to get original issue sorted. Exhaust section replaced due to failed weld. Exhaust system still clunks when heavy cornering. It didn't do this before I visited dealer. Run out of patience and so will get fixed at BMWindependent garage.

When I arrived there was no record of my appointment, despite me having a valid booking reference. I was almost 5 hours waiting for a 2 hr waiting appointment. I was charged over £100 more than I was quoted, or what is quoted on your website.
Staff go above and beyond for customer satisfaction
Coffee on arrival, courtesy car ready, listened to the fault that I had, resolved it quickly and provided a general check of the car. All staff were polite and attentive at all times.

Quick service.Was informed that the first service would be a 'minor' service but it turned out to be a 'major' service. I think salesman needs to be better informed.In addition, I was promised to get BMW umbrella but this has not happened.

Communication was lacking
From the booking to the completion of service prompt in keeping me updated on the progress. Service Manager was also very friendly and explained on what work was being done and the same was felt in the smoothness of drive after service.

As above. Continued...It was only at the end of the week that I got the call to say that it was actually an issue with the service and faulty parts that had been installed. All in all very badly handled issue.
