Very satisfied because I have visited other stoners and by far I have received the best service from Coventry
They did everything right.
Convenient, prompt booking. Work carried out within time quoted. I'm just a bit bothered that two-year oil changes are recommended,but seem too infrequent to me.

Car was taken for inspection to check whats wrong with the bonnet - they charged £200 to just check it. and later called to tell its going to be £340.00 and dropped the car off after 4 days ( Friday drop off - returned on Monday) telling that all iss
Good communication throughout the process, with vehicle received back on time. The valet of the vehicle could have been better, but with the time of year not really and issue. The standard of the courtesy car was basic and needs improvement.
Reported issue at last service (car seems to have difficulty going up and down gears on occasion) and fault wasn't found. It got much worse in weeks before this service and assist was called - confirmed fault but as service was next day, said that
Technician broke part of the door handle. 2 weeks later still waiting the replacement part

Agnes was the lady dealing with the service of my BMW. She delivered everything she promised and kept me informed. And my car was ready at the time stated. She delivered a five star service and is a a credit to BMW Sytner.
I was interested why the diagnostic check was no longer part of the service pack. This now incurs an additional charge! When I take my car in for a service I expect a diagnostic and safety check to be part of activity. I'll be reading small print

Ivy was brilliant very professional lady, however not sure first service on my car after 1000 miles is really necessary these days, especially at over £300.
I was a little wary of switching from my current (now closed) branch in Birmingham to the Coventry branch, however the service exceeded my expectations. The lady who dealt with me on the day was extremely helpful and very pleasant.
Good customer service
I've bought several cars from Sytner Coventry and the level of customer service received is second to none. I've owned new Ford, Audi and Volkswagen cars but the BMW 'experience' (and cars) are by far the best. Exceptional level of customer service.

Kept me waiting, did not call me to tell me car was ready for collection. Really miss the collection service- which would have saved me waiting around the showroom. Can never get replacement car. Prices not competitive

One issue - when booked I was told that the service would take about 90 minutes. When I checked in I was told it would be between 90 and 120. Finally ready to handover after 140 minutes. Other arrangements for the day thereby disrupted.
Excellent service and they arranged for the oil and filter change to be covered by my service plan, despite the unreasonable mileage limit on the service plan having been exceeded.
Oil filter housing failed which caused the service to run into a second day. What was good was that a hire car was quickly arranged.

Service was done but apparently i needed more doing to the car as towards servicing that having booked the appointment online i was not aware of.

Harvey was very attentive throughout and even when another dealership registered the car I had placed a deposit and signed a contract on, he sorted me out with a fantastic courtesy car until my new car was sorted.
