Service was done but apparently i needed more doing to the car as towards servicing that having booked the appointment online i was not aware of.
Really happy with service, Benn Hetherington has been lovely from start to finish.

This is the first time I have used Sytner in Coventry but certainly won't be the last.
My new X5 has had to be returned for warranty work which has been handled excellently by Zabe in the service dept. Unfortunately my car was returned to me with a dirty leather drivers seat which I think is careless.
Mostly a very good experience. If there is a negative it is the waiting around but I guess that it is unavoidable.

I informed them of a situation, cooling warning prior to the service but did not look at it! The warning continued after service. Makes me think whether the service actually carried out correctly!!!

Happy with quality of service, I was surprised to be asked to fill the courtesy car with fuel considering I was only doing 20 miles. Had courtesy car before and not asked to do this before. The fact I paid over £500 for service should cover this?

I have been released with a car with front cracked alloy wheel. The emergency centre promised me a rental car in the morning in 7:30, but I didn't have it. Call them back and the next day team was not aware of this, so I have been late for work.

Courtesy cars seem to be a in short supply, meaning I had to arrange lifts to pick up and drop off the car.
Staff were polite and personable but ultimately let down by the quality of work carried out.

Sytner Coventry always provide a solid service. My car was in for a 1 year health check so it was in and out.
Car was washed as normal but returned with light scratches that were not there before. I believe water wasn't changed waited 20 plus minutes waiting for car that's why I think it was rushed. Offered to polish out scratches not happened yet.

Not good. During the handover, I was just handed my key and pointed were my car was. When I tried to test my car's navigation it was asking for a code.Good thing I tested it and not went off immediately. It took them at least 45 mins to fix it.

As a returning customer I notice that the high level of service has never dropped. Some staff recognise me and know my name despite the fact it may have been a year or so since they last saw me when purchasing a car.

I so wanted to give "completely satisfied" as the sales guy was absolutely great. But there was one thing that really disappointed me albeit such a minor issue. For the 1st time ever & buying a £35k car, I got a measly 1/4 tank of petrol. Awful.

From placing deposit to collecting the car took only one week and everything went smoothly.
There was a few bumps along the way which were annoying and unnecessary. Once Jason had taken over everything went completely smoothly.
