Sytner Coventry always provide a solid service. My car was in for a 1 year health check so it was in and out.
Car was washed as normal but returned with light scratches that were not there before. I believe water wasn't changed waited 20 plus minutes waiting for car that's why I think it was rushed. Offered to polish out scratches not happened yet.
Because I was plus.. my service supervisor arranged a lift for me back to my house, very helpful.

Not good. During the handover, I was just handed my key and pointed were my car was. When I tried to test my car's navigation it was asking for a code.Good thing I tested it and not went off immediately. It took them at least 45 mins to fix it.
Faultless, quick and efficient
I was in a service appointment, which should last for only 1 hour. But it lasted for 2 hours. As a result, I need to wait there for the whole duration and missed lunch appointment with Friends.

I came to Sytner without an appointment and the service I received was exceptional. I was seen by Benn Hetherington who was extremely helpful and within a short space of time had arranged for the fault on my car to be fixed same day and a loan car.
Wheels have had to be returned for a second time and then when fitting the tyres told they are in a poor condition giving me little choice but to use BMW

The service was good/video with the car checking was good.There was just a minor issue with the complementary wash which was performed partially (tires) as there were spots of vaseline on the engine compartment bonnet, splashed dust spots on the rest
My requests were accommodated with no fuss. Information was provided straightforwardly and I was kept updated about the cars service.

My only issue with this problem is that a curtsey car was not an option. I find that very disappointing having spent a lot of money on a BMW in the first place and then despite the recall being BMW's issue, I have to be without a car for that day.
My car needed a software upgrade. The down side of this for me was all my settings lost. Previous destinations, Saved radio stations all lost. If setting could be saved would be a real winner for the customer.

The service team did an excellent job with due mention for Ben Heathrington who kept me informed and provided amazing service from start to end, a credit to the organisation and someone whom does not cease to improve in customer orientated care.
On arrival at site I was greeted and parked, on entering service dept I was greeted, details checked and offered coffee. Within 2 minutes a service adviser came and explained what is happening. On completion car had full valet, OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Benn was fantastic at sorting the problem with my car, and nothing was too much trouble. He listened to my concerns and was very helpful regarding the logistics of getting my car back to me. The technicians have done a great job, as did the valet.
Very satisfied with way I was dealt with and kept informed of progress. Only below top marks because I had to wait a week to get booked in and was nervous it might break down during the wait.

From placing deposit to collecting the car took only one week and everything went smoothly.
