Was told I needed 2 new tyres, when asked the price was told £107 each, but when I declined, price immediately drop to £87, obviously trying to pull a fast one and extract more money.
The people are very good at their jobs
Satisfied with the outcome of my visit, I experienced another delay of a few days for the work to be completed, as I did during my previous visit, but the work was completed to a high standard as usual.
I left feeling robbed to be completely honest

would have been 5 stars... but then we still can't get to the bottom of an annoying vibration (sporadic one so to be fair not their fault!)

I'm not happy having to wait six weeks to obtain a courtesy car in order to have my car serviced. It simply isn't good enough with a premium brand like BMW !! Service personnel were all helpful and polite though.
I got the car serviced and it was done with the minimum of fuss and as I said the customer service agent Agnes Kwiatkowska explained everything and I was happy

This score is purely down to Zeib Aurang your Service Advisor He was sympathetic to my frustrations and worked very hard to placate me and then also get BMW to agree that they should contribute to the costs of rectifying the vehicle.
Everything was handled very well. The only minor point was the unpleasant smell in the courtesy car.
The price was phenomenal. I didn't believe the number when I first heard it!
Don't think has been resolved anything even if I paid quite lot of money for the service.
I would have awarded an 100% score, but my vehicle check list was a copy over from a previous appointment which highlighted a tyre puncture which had been fixed and nonexistent. However this was promptly clarified after I queried the issue.
I was charged £67,extra when I had my brake oil service,rear dics and brake pads replaced. I've mentioned this to BMW assistant while making the payment,she said that her prices are correct but she only chaged me £1 extra and oppologised but no refun

The staff are friendly and keep me updated on the progress of the vehicles repair and/or servicing. The estimated completion times given are usually realistic and quite accurate so i know what to expect

Took car for service and waited for 25 minutes without seeing anyone,I complained at the desk and magically someone came out and saw to me straight away !! I left the building and went back 2 and a half hours later and car not serviced !!

Service staff were brilliant, however a drink and chocolate packet was left in my car. Also paid £90 for diagnostic to see why my parking sensors don't work only to be told that all 8 sensors need to be replaced. I will be have private (cont)

When I picked up my car to be fair the staff were sympathetic and the warranty manager even agreed my claim should have been covered by the warranty. The whole experience has been horrible.

From Receptionist to the service department was great customer service
As noted above. I had to repeat the journey to the garage because of the tyre pressure notice on the dashboard which I could not get rid of. The tyre pressures remained low after the first visit.

I was unwell on the day of service so had been unable to pick up the car that evening - they were happy to keep the car overnight and when I arrived the next morning drove the car to right outside the door to pick up. Felt service went the extra mile

As above, you need to change or give your bmw sales assistants more customer relation training. The service I received at Peugeot was (old car) was far better friendly welcoming service. And they were honest.
Great hospitality at the centre and efficient ordering of the car. Delivery was seamless and car fuelled as courtesy to customer. Felt valued as a customer.
Back windows should have been fitted with the darkened glass. Had to return to have this done. Excuse that I was in a hurry to have the car was not accurate.
