Mechanics did a good job of checking car and replacing tyres. However, representative did not even know the colour of my car when I came to collect. When you pay for premium service you expect more.
See above. Kept me fully informed. Great contingency plan if my car could not be fixed
Did all that was needed and bits I had asked for and finished the work before the deadline that I had to leave by.
From Receptionist to the service department was great customer service
As noted above. I had to repeat the journey to the garage because of the tyre pressure notice on the dashboard which I could not get rid of. The tyre pressures remained low after the first visit.
Any concerns, that I might have had, were fully discussed and taken care of.

I was unwell on the day of service so had been unable to pick up the car that evening - they were happy to keep the car overnight and when I arrived the next morning drove the car to right outside the door to pick up. Felt service went the extra mile

Received a video report with all the finding, was kept informed by my point of contact, it was great customer service.
On a visit to replace tyres, a mistake was made in ordering new tyres.g I had to wait one hour in the Centre on my visit before learning about this this and had then to go home and return later in the day. Job was eventually completed OK.
+: personalized video showing the oil actually being drained -: I did ask if any software / calibration updates would be made on the car and got told no, just to learn a few days later that BMW had shared a DCT software update with its dealers
I am slightly disappointed on the fact that i have repeatedly been contacted for offers and MOT deadline but never to be told that my service package is expiring at 50,000miles. Incould have avoided paying £400 extra for nor reason !

What can I say. Its always excellent and this time was no exception. Staff are great, service is great, just brilliant.
We booked our car in for two new front tyres to be fitted, the booking time was 9.30am, which we adhered to. The fitting took two hours, and then at 11.30am the car was put in a queue for a wash. We couldn't spare any more time to wait for the car
Work done on time, and was happy with our agent.
The Service team was very helpful, they explained what was going to happen and how much it will cost. They managed to explain any query I had.

Found my car rear light broken after the service. When inquired they said must be before car was given to them as their inspection video showed that the light was damaged though their visual inspection report did not identify this.
Engine management light on after service, car not washed or vacuumed .

Took 2 visits to get original issue sorted. Exhaust section replaced due to failed weld. Exhaust system still clunks when heavy cornering. It didn't do this before I visited dealer. Run out of patience and so will get fixed at BMWindependent garage.

As above, you need to change or give your bmw sales assistants more customer relation training. The service I received at Peugeot was (old car) was far better friendly welcoming service. And they were honest.

Back windows should have been fitted with the darkened glass. Had to return to have this done. Excuse that I was in a hurry to have the car was not accurate.
