I have had my car(s) serviced at multiple BMW dealers across the UK. Sytner Coventry is by far the friendliest.
They did what was required,at a reasonable price for a dealership,in the time that was stated and everyone I had contact with were very professional.
Very satisfied but I think the price could be looked at , bring it more inline with the rest Would make it more attractive for more people to purchase a BMW
Keeping me informed about my vehicle when ready. Offering car wash. Offering drinks. Being very friendly all the staff.
As the previous answer - including the ability to log onto wifi and work while I was waiting for the service to be completed.

Agnes and Coventry BMW have always has been very attentive and provided excellent service. It is a shame that Leicester BMW are unable to replicate the service given by Coventry BMW.

It was a quick repair
I was surprised to be quoted £90 for an investigation fee into a safety related issue I had. The car is barely out of warranty and there are several problems I'm experiencing which were present since I purchased the car.

Not happy with the Body shop experience shit basically prior to my car going in on the 13th March 2019 i was very suspicious and weary and with good reason the car came back with two dents which should have been picked up prior to being painted.

Treated as a valued customer. Advised of all costs, kept informed of what had happened re MOT and via video shown how the car was looking underneath and any possible concerns. Underneath is an area you usually don't get to see.
From reception to hospitality suite I was treated with respect. I was kept informed of the progress of the work being carried out on my car. Staff were very good and cheerful which helped me during the wait for my car. Oh and those showroom models??
well reason being need a car , and was told you had no car to lend till end march !!! mot was due i did book at least two weeks earlier so had to hang around for 2 hours the place seems to be going down hill a little no friendly faces
Kept waiting for over 3 hours with little communication and updates. Was on the verge of walking out all together.

Score would be higher, but having to wait so long for a courtesy car.... not great!
I was told it will be 90 minutes service but it took them more than 2 hours and no updates while waiting,then car wasn't even ready.When car was handed to me,service symbol not reset and have to wait again and car not cleaned properly.

Was told I needed 2 new tyres, when asked the price was told £107 each, but when I declined, price immediately drop to £87, obviously trying to pull a fast one and extract more money.
The people are very good at their jobs
Satisfied with the outcome of my visit, I experienced another delay of a few days for the work to be completed, as I did during my previous visit, but the work was completed to a high standard as usual.

I'm not happy having to wait six weeks to obtain a courtesy car in order to have my car serviced. It simply isn't good enough with a premium brand like BMW !! Service personnel were all helpful and polite though.
I got the car serviced and it was done with the minimum of fuss and as I said the customer service agent Agnes Kwiatkowska explained everything and I was happy
everything was explained what would be carried out and reassured me my pride&joy was in good hands!

I asked when sorting out my appointment how long it would take, I was clearly told as long as you want 3 hours if you want, so whilst stuck in traffic on the way over was not too bothered about being a bit late, we were rushed through
They made the receipt of my car and the purchase of a brand new one so easy! This is the third car I have purchased from them and each time I have enjoyed the experience
