After agreeing the car I wanted. Harveer, Mir and Sean sorted it and waited until I could sell my own car before I was fortunate to collect it on Tuesday. I really liked the cover on the car where I could pull the cover back revealing the car.

My last visit took far longer than it should have. I was also given an appoint at a time that the dealership was not actually open for business and to top it off I have seen damage on my car and have little to no communication to resolve my concerns.

I have noticed two issues with my car. First issue is the cigarette lighter socket in the middle console next to the gear stick is not working. Second issue I noticed was the boot button has a case around it which is falling off/loose.

One gripe is that i was told it would take between 90-120 mins so I waited. This is in reality the technicians' working time not the total time - check-in and paperwork / payment too. It's always much longer so took 3h 20m before I left. Frustrating.

My car was in for a lubrication service where a different type of oil is used. Its a brand new M3 touring so I found this very strange. If the oil needs changing so soon on a new car perhaps this should be at the cost of BMW and not the owner.

Great reminders beforehand, always kept up to date with progress, space to work at the garage, offered a hot drink and a snack. When they knew I was intending to stay and work I was given access to WiFi. Always treated really nicely by the staff.

I have given them a 3 as I have had the car for 1 year and I have not really enjoyed driving it due to the noise. BMW are trying but it's frustrating having to deal with this situation over and over again
