Issues: ??Booking system online ??Rear exhaust plastic trim not investigated despite it being displaced (will have to come back at a later date) ??Nail in tyre - not offered repair and after time at local tyre centre found it is superficial.

When booking the service through the app it came up as £310. However, you then add a further 60.00 as a service charge.. what's that for? Please could you let me know? The clean included didn't do the wheels properly.

Extremely dissatisfied. The team gave contradictory explanations, lied about inspecting my car, and refused warranty cover without evidence. My taped mirror even passed MOT, yet they called it

Repaired under warranty. Just the delay in parts as could not be fixed on the day so left car overnight. Would be nice to be offered a hire car, even if I didn't need and I am aware there is a charge.
