I have noticed two issues with my car. First issue is the cigarette lighter socket in the middle console next to the gear stick is not working. Second issue I noticed was the boot button has a case around it which is falling off/loose.

My last visit took far longer than it should have. I was also given an appoint at a time that the dealership was not actually open for business and to top it off I have seen damage on my car and have little to no communication to resolve my concerns.

One gripe is that i was told it would take between 90-120 mins so I waited. This is in reality the technicians' working time not the total time - check-in and paperwork / payment too. It's always much longer so took 3h 20m before I left. Frustrating.

My car was in for a lubrication service where a different type of oil is used. Its a brand new M3 touring so I found this very strange. If the oil needs changing so soon on a new car perhaps this should be at the cost of BMW and not the owner.

The only reason I have stayed with Sytner is because of Zieb Aurang I'm sure I've not spelt is name ring so I apologise he is very helpful and keeps me in the loop regardless.

Poor communication from the salesman, Jason, who took over my vehicle, for its faults, was good, my vehicle was back in the garage for four weeks, came back had to go back in again

My MOT was completed within the 90 minutes time slot and I was kept informed of the progress throughout the process. My service advisor, Harrison, realised I was on the phone and managed to wash and vacuum my car in addition to the MOT.

My car was booked in efficiently and the whole visit was smooth and hassle free. My advisor was pleasant and professional. The video from the technician gave honest advice and he wasn't just looking to upsell work, something I really appreciated.
