Sometimes a delay in responding to emails but the overall process was good, Jacob and Jordan were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I asked about having a full tank of fuel upon collection but this wasn't provided which would of enhanced my order.

It was awful. Terrible communication every time you needed update of vehicle. Failed promises to return call. On one occasion, false claim that I had been contacted. Completely insensitive to my plight of being without car for 2 weeks.

The new airbag was fitted as we agreed, in addition I received a list of the vehicle health check which I was delighted and grateful with. I now know the few things I need to get fixed in the car. That was least expected yet foreseeable.

As mentioned, no updates provided and the person who was assigned to my car was rude at times when I asked for an update on my car. At one point, I was told "we have 80 cars to work on. Cannot guarantee when your car will be looked into". Very bad
