The service was good/video with the car checking was good.There was just a minor issue with the complementary wash which was performed partially (tires) as there were spots of vaseline on the engine compartment bonnet, splashed dust spots on the rest

My requests were accommodated with no fuss. Information was provided straightforwardly and I was kept updated about the cars service.
Felt the car washing was poor.
My car needed a software upgrade. The down side of this for me was all my settings lost. Previous destinations, Saved radio stations all lost. If setting could be saved would be a real winner for the customer.
My only issue with this problem is that a curtsey car was not an option. I find that very disappointing having spent a lot of money on a BMW in the first place and then despite the recall being BMW's issue, I have to be without a car for that day.

I've been dealing with Zeib Aurang at Sytner Coventry for a number of years now and he always goes above and beyond to help. I know the car will be dealt with properly if he's looking after the job.
Because the service I had done to my car was very well explained to me which was good.

Only fairly satisfied. Our problem was with the satnav. It was corrected but has since gone wrong, but this time it self corrected. We await the next occasion on which we need to use it. The satnav suddenly
Zeib, as always provided excellent service from start to finish. From drop off to work done and the car was washed and vacuumed when picked up which was great.

I was seen straight away upon arrival. I waited for the service to be done and had an office to work in with wifi and I was served coffee.
The service team did an excellent job with due mention for Ben Heathrington who kept me informed and provided amazing service from start to end, a credit to the organisation and someone whom does not cease to improve in customer orientated care.
The quote I was given when booking the service was not honoured
On arrival at site I was greeted and parked, on entering service dept I was greeted, details checked and offered coffee. Within 2 minutes a service adviser came and explained what is happening. On completion car had full valet, OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Benn was fantastic at sorting the problem with my car, and nothing was too much trouble. He listened to my concerns and was very helpful regarding the logistics of getting my car back to me. The technicians have done a great job, as did the valet.
Very satisfied with way I was dealt with and kept informed of progress. Only below top marks because I had to wait a week to get booked in and was nervous it might break down during the wait.

I was informed by phone that I required a small service of £260, upon arrival and to drop my car off, I was informed that it's actually double. I don't feel that this is right to tell the customer it's my fault, for not checking it correctly.
Ladies at reception were welcoming. I got offered a drink which was good to See. I did decline as I was fasting. Zaib was very professional and helpful. This was my first time I had to deal with having car serviced and he made it easy

BMW are a professional company, unfortunately they do not cater for motorbility customers who need a car big enough for wheelchair customers when their personal car is in for service/recall.
I was greeted professionally and explained what the service involved and how long it would take. Car was completed early and was handed over clean and completed.

I would have been completely satisfied if I hadn't had to wait for over 10 mins to be given my key. My car was only in for the brake fluid to be changed & I was sent a video advising everything was ok so I don't know why I had to wait.

It's the same every time...service team try to help but poor service workshop teams make such a mess and don't complete the work up to a high standard. The car shouldn't need it doing in the first place and that's where BMW need to REALLY sort things
Disatisfied with service, vehicle is a mobility car, arranged collection & drop back, emphasised the car would need to be back no later than 3pm collected at 9am car returned eventually at 3.25pm service light still remains on (not turned off) poor!

BMW paid for the parts & only charged for the labour due to many problems I've had with this car since I bought it as a used car. Because both my husband and I bought both our BMW's from Synter and have all servicing done there, we r looked after.
We had exceptional service from Harvey Sandhu and the workshop team as they went out of their way to put a new tyre on our car when we turned up on spec quite late in the day.
No issues. I felt I got a decent price across the new car and trade-in. Efficient sales process but could have been more personal / friendly and given a feeling of a bit more appreciation for my custom (4th car).
