I was greeted, by name, as I got out my car. Then escorted inside where a coffee of my choice was waiting. The service and timescales were clearly explained. This was delivered in a very professional yet friendly manner. Great service.

Everything went smooth. Nice facilities at dealership. Technical knowledge of the Parts staff (Dave?) was excellent, and my service experience was fortified due to information gained re. step gearbox, eco-pro mode operation, etc.

They were asked to complete a job which they did, whilst doing this they kept us informed of the progress and made us very comfortable whilst we waited.

Overall good experience although after a key replacement all my profiles and car settings were deleted so I had to redo everything which was not expected. I was disappointed but apart from that great service.

Booked the service and requested a loan car but the loan car hadn't been booked, they were very good, gave me a lift and then returned the car so all ok in the end.
