Once we have made certain that you qualify for a car and that you will be able to claim all costs from the negligent party, we will hire one to you immediately on competitive credit terms. Credit where credit is due.
When you take delivery of your vehicle we will ask you to sign an agreement that clearly shows our hire rates and the terms of hire, along with a forms that confirms the details you have given to us.
The period of any credit, in order to comply with the Consumer Credit Act, is restricted to 51 weeks - which is normally ample time for your claim to be settled.
Getting your own back.
As a leading name in their field, our partners Swift have agreements with the majority of the UK insurance industry. This enables us to forward your invoice to them instantly for immediate payment.
In the rare cases where Swift do not have any agreement, it may be necessaey for you to instruct one of our panel of solicitors. Our panel is carefully selected from top legal firms around the UK, and each member is an acknowledged expert in the area of road traffic accidents. You will be offered first class advice on reciving all of your losses not covered by your own comprehensive insurance policy, such as diminuation of vehicle value, loss of earnings, personal injury and your policy excess - as well as the hire charges.
