Very attentive kept me updated throughout the process
After many visits to bmw and leaving my car in your hands for 8 days in total.....my problem still remains. Now my warranty had run out i shall not be renewing as im not happy with the outcome.
Enjoyed my lovely coffee and even offered another coffee whilst i was waiting for my car to be serviced.

Faultless attention to detail
I was treated as an individual, not just one of many customers.
The initial recommended repairs following the MOT I felt were not necessary and I only required brake pads not brake pads and discs as recommended by the technician the disks were brand-new previous to the last pad change so had little or no ware.
Quality and specification of loan car was poor.
Listened to my requests which were carried out. I needed a question answering which was dealt with. Senior staff, David Froggatt available for a short discussion. Vehicle ready before agreed time. Brilliant!
The checks on the car were thoroughly explained.

Would have been higher but on arrival I was expecting a short visit, then had to come back as needed another two hours, then had to come back for replacement alloys. Issue was obvious and should have been addressed at the first visit.

Agnes was brilliant, the repair was honoured by BMW, to my relief after Agnes emailed head office. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was not down to Agnes, but the fact I had to pay £90 for the diagnostics for a 4yr, v,low mileage roof.

I found that waiting nearly two hours for two new tyres to be fitted somewhat excessive especially as this was not a spur of the moment decision. I had had the tyres checked a few days earlier so it was not as if one came in unexpectedly.
There was no tyre in stock so I booked it in for the following day, they washed my car served coffee overall very satisfied
Although the car went back in for further repairs, Agnes made sure this was a simply and easy process

Excellent service right from booking to completion. After my works were completed a further adjustment and booking was required which was completed quickly and efficiently.
Car was delayed on return and also service indicator not reset, need to go back to get reset
It's not Sytner's fault that the cars irritate - it does its best to please and on the sales side I have always found Sytner to be much better than the local opposition.

My car was booked for the running in check. On completion, the garage could not reset the service light, so it still says its due. I called the garage and asked for a call back, but this didn't happen. Not good Customer Service.

I was greeted my a friendly reception team then dealt with swiftly and efficiently leaving with a courtesy car within just a few minutes
I was told if i didn't pay for an inspection you wouldn't reset the service indicators. Really! £400 for a service and a refusal to tell the car it's has been serviced.
Comprehensive car wash wasn't actually good clean, water marks all over the car when I had it back, its worse than the car wash you can get off the street, otherwise, I would give the full point.
Had to wait a while to collect the keys when at BMW. Car was cleaned and left with streaks on both doors

Because of the whole experience within the dealership and from the parking to reception the team make you feel like one of the family. Nothing is an inconvenience or too much trouble this day and age that is rare.
