Because all the times have visited them they are more than helpful and they find the best solution to my problem.

My car was booked in for 1:30 and I was waiting. No-one came for my keys until some time later which meant I was on site for two hours rather than the 90 minutes turnaround. I would have left and returned later had I known.
Had to wait several weeks for courtesy car to be available. Main gripe was that I was given a dirty courtesy car for the second time in a row. Hollis then had it hoovered before I took it. I have made Zeib and Arrash aware, apologies were made.
When I bring it in its all made very easy and relaxing.
I was welcomed by the friendly staff. The service team member came to greet me personally.
On this occasion I was completely satisfied, easy to book in, great service from start to finish. In particular Zeib Aurang assisted with booking in and out, I really appreciate his approach and assistance.

Friendly and personable customer service as usual, there were some minor delays on one of the repairs being carried out but this was made up for by having the car delivered to my workplace and the offer of reimbersal of taxi fares.

Oil service.Got one quote at the beginning, a higher one when booking and even higher on the invoice after the oil service. And I am still waiting for 2 weeks for a quote about a wing mirror and some body work. Not sure if I will go back there again.
The only reason i was not completely satisfied was due to the long wait due to the availability of courtesy cars.

Managed to get a cheaper quote else where for the works carried out, but after a few phone calls the price was fairly matched. if a cheaper quote was submitted on the first call I would of been completely satisfied.
