The visit turned out exactly what I had expected. Was given a ride to work and kept fully updated. The staff were polite and friendly and ready to answer and help.

Service was carried out on the day as agreed, somewhat disappointed that little things like screen wash is to be charged for if topping up is required, this appears like penny pinching to the customer, also an issue with front tyres was raised.
Between the staff at the front desk and the service staff, I felt that everyone was there to just help me, quick service, great quality and would look forward to having another problem so I could go back again.

I had originally brought my car to have something looked at. It tunred out I also needed a full service, this was completed on the same day and I was able to have my car back in the afternoon. I was impressed with how quick this was all turned around

I have had excellent service from Sytners Coventry in the past . They fixed my car after I had bought it from BMW Stratstone Derby and had a horrendous experience with a faulty roof.Emma was a credit to Sytners. However this time I Didn't.

I had arranged to wait during service, recognising it would be at least 2 hours. Very good facilities, and very well looked after while at Sytner. I was able to put time to good use, Service was completed and car valeted within 2 hours.
Nothing to criticise
The process was extremely smooth from start to finish, including booking, collection and return.
This vehicle is on motorbility. Service staff member did not notice this when car booked in-charge for work carried out, but cancelled when mistake was identified.
Everything seemed very professional
Very friendly and helpful, a stark contrast from the Solihull branch. My brother works for Sytner at Land Rover and recommended the Coventry branch, my next purchase will be here hopefully.

This rating is i think to reflect the circumstances only. Not everyone will fall in such situation. I had a flat tyre as soon as I left the showroom..so cannot blame anyone as I don't think we can determine where exactly the nail went in to the tyre.

It all works fine, with Zeib Aurang everything is organised and you are looked after with any necessary details etc.

Buying a car can be a stressful time if the sales team are pushy and wanting to deal there and then. I didnt get that at Sytner BMW Coventry. A nice cup of coffee to start off and we were there a good 3 hours including a quality test drive.
